We want to make sure you feel the satisfaction and ease from every purchase you make with us. If it’s not the right fit for you, we’ll make sure to get it all sorted!
Most of our items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If you miss that mark, DON’T WORRY! You can receive store credit anytime after that – and it never expires!! Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will apply and the following conditions must be met:
- All items returned must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- There must be no dents, marks, scratches, or have any protective material removed.
- Please disassemble, if the item was originally delivered disassembled.
- Be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, you may use a similar sized box.
- All returns must be approved by our customer service team. You can submit your return request by clicking the “Start My Return” button on this page.
- Your order may be cancelled if it is requested prior to shipment.
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, however, if the item arrived damaged or defected, we will make exceptions and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Upon receiving your returned item, your refund will be received in the form of the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
**At the moment, we are not able to offer a seamless exchange process and are working on an improved version of the process listed below.
