Most of our items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will apply and the following conditions must be met:
- All items returned must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- There must be no dents, marks, scratches, or have any protective material removed
- Please disassemble, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
- Be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, you may use a similar sized box.
- All returns must be approved by our customer service team. You can submit your return request by clicking the “Start My Return” button on this page
- Your order may be canceled if it is requested prior to shipment
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, however, if the item arrived damaged or defected, we will make exceptions and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Upon receiving your returned item, your refund will be received in the form of the original payment method.
