We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days if the item is available in stock, however, this timeframe may vary based on the product. A majority of our products ship from our warehouse in Texas, but in some cases, you may receive the item directly from the supplier which may result in a 1-2 day delay. If we find that an item is not available and we are unable to ship the product in a timely manner, someone from our team will contact you and inform you of the new shipment date – you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund if the new shipment date does not work for you.
As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number in your email. Depending on the carrier, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you will be able to track your order using the tracking number provided, through their website. Once the item is shipped, delivery time is contingent on the size of your order and the selected carrier
We also provide you with the option to pick up at our store in Baytown, Texas. Simply give us a call at (number) and if the item you are requesting is available, we will start preparing your order for pick up.
For all orders considered freight/LTL, someone from our team will contact you to provide you with an updated, more accurate shipping charge that will need to be paid to proceed delivery.
