Processing time:
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days if the item is available in stock, however, this timeframe may vary based on the product. A majority of our products ship from our warehouse in Texas, but in some cases, you may receive the item directly from the supplier which may result in a 1-2 day delay. If we find that an item is not available and we are unable to ship the product in a timely manner, someone from our team will contact you and inform you of the new shipment date - you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund if the new shipment date does not work for you.
Track order:
As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number in your email. Depending on the carrier, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you will be able to track your order using the tracking number provided, through their website. Once the item is shipped, delivery time is contingent on the size of your order and the selected carrier.
Store Pick-up:
We also provide you with the option to pick up at our store in Baytown, Texas. Simply give us a call at (number) and if the item you are requesting is available, we will start preparing your order for pick up.
Oversize/Freight Shipping:
For all orders considered freight/LTL, someone from our team will contact you to provide you with an updated, more accurate shipping charge that will need to be paid to proceed delivery.
Our Freight Shipment Policy:
At Chrome World and Truck Parts, we take great care in ensuring your orders are shipped securely. However, it is crucial
that all LTL freight shipments are inspected upon delivery before signing for them. If any damage is found, do not accept or sign for the shipment—instead, report the damage immediately to the delivery driver and document it with photos.
Once a shipment is signed for, LTL carriers will not accept damage claims, making it impossible for us to file a claim or offer compensation. Unfortunately, these carriers are very difficult to work with when it comes to damage disputes, and if a damaged pallet is accepted, we cannot take any liability.
To protect yourself and ensure a smooth resolution, please thoroughly check your shipment at the time of delivery and refuse any damaged items. Thank you for your cooperation!
